- Master bedroom has king size bed, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, safe & cable TV.
- En-suite bathroom has large walk-in shower, hair dryer & straighteners
- Bedroom 2 is a large sunny room with a queen size bed, cable television, games console, ceiling fan & ample storage space
- Spongebob Squarepants themed bedroom 3 has a comfortable double and twin bunkbed ideal for all ages with Netflix/Amazon Prime, games console, ceiling fan & ample storage space
- Shared bathroom has bath, shower & hair dryer
- Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, Cable TV providing hundreds of channels as well as a Blu-ray, DVD & CD player. It has a Wii and a PS3. It also has PC with high speed internet access, WIFI, webcam & printer. Several family/kids DVD's, CD's, books & board games are provided for guest use. Child alarmed patio doors lead out to the pool area
- Dining area has a large table which can comfortably seat 6 people
- Kitchen is fully equipped with all usual appliances including waffle maker & large George Foreman grill. A washer & dryer are also located here.
- Pool area is fully screened & has a large deck area. Shrubs are planted on both sides of the pool area for additional privacy. Comfortable outside furniture is provided along with beach towels, BBQ & many inflatable pool toys
- Garage has been converted into a games room with an 8 foot pool table, electronic darts & foosball. A conversion top allows the pool table to be quickly converted into a table tennis table.
