Lake Berkley Villa 2 is a 3 bed Vacation Rental ideally located off Highway 192 behind Medieval Times & Walmart & just minutes away from Restaurants, Parks & Golf Courses
Like all our Florida Vacation Homes, Lake Berkley Villa 2 has a private pool offering magnificent views over the lake
Villa Details
- Master Bedroom has UK King size bed (US Queen size), large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, safe & cable TV.
- En-suite bathroom has large walk-in shower, hair dryer & straighteners
- Bedroom 2 is a large sunny room with a double bed, cable television, games console, ceiling fan & ample storage space
- Spongebob Squarepants themed Bedroom 3 has 2 comfortable twin beds ideal for all ages with cable television, games console, ceiling fan & ample storage space
- Shared Bathroom has bath, shower & hair dryer
- Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, Cable TV providing hundreds of channels as well as a DVD & CD player. It also has PC with High Speed Internet Access, WIFI, Webcam & printer. Several family/kids DVD's, CD's, books & board games are provided for guest use. Child alarmed patio doors lead out to the pool area
- Dining Area has a large table which can comfortably seat 6 people
- Kitchen is fully equipped with all usual appliances including waffle maker & large George Foreman grill. A washer & dryer are also located here.
- Pool Area is fully screened & has a large deck area. Shrubs are planted on both sides of the pool area for additional privacy. Comfortable outside furniture is provided along with beach towels, BBQ & many inflatable pool toys
- Garage has been converted into a Games Room with an 8 foot pool table & foosball. A conversion top allows the Pool Table to be quickly converted into a Table Tennis table.
