Lake Berkley Villa 1 is a 3 bed Vacation Rental ideally located off Highway 192 behind Medieval Times & Walmart & just minutes away from Restaurants, Parks & Golf Courses
Like all our Florida Vacation Homes, Lake Berkley Villa 1 has a private pool offering magnificent views over the lake
Villa Details
- Master Bedroom has UK King size bed (US Queen size), ceiling fan, safe & cable TV.
- En-suite has large walk-in shower, hair dryer & straighteners with direct access to pool area
- Bedroom 2 is almost as large as the Master Bedroom with double bed, cable TV & PS2
- Spongebob Squarepants themed Bedroom 3 has comfortable twin beds ideal for all ages with cable TV & GameCube.
- Shared Bathroom has bath, shower & hair dryer
- Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed for a further two guests, digital TV providing hundreds of channels as well as a DVD/CD/MP3 player. It also has PC with High Speed Internet Access, WIFI, Webcam & printer. Several family/kids DVD's, CD's & board games provided for guest use. Child alarmed patio doors lead out to pool area.
- Dining Area has a ceiling fan & large table which can comfortably seat 6
- Kitchen is fully equipped with all usual appliances including waffle maker & large George Foreman grill with removable grill plates. A 2nd table allows for informal dining
- Pool Area is fully screened & has a large deck area. Shrubs are planted on both sides of the pool area for additional privacy. Comfortable outside furniture is provided along with beach towels, many inflatable pool toys & a portable CD/radio boom-box
- Garage has been converted into a Games Room with an 8 foot pool table, foosball & electronic dartboard. A conversion top allows the Pool Table to be quickly converted into a Table Tennis table. Additional lighting, bar stools & fan are provided for extra comfort
