Prices below are per week and are fully inclusive of all Florida state taxes.
Solar heating is provided free of charge. Spa/additional electric pool heating must be requested when booking and is an extra $20/£12 per day. Bookings of 5 nights or less carry a cleaning surcharge of $75/£40. Bookings are held for 7 working days until receipt of deposit ($100/£60 per week). We accept payments by US or UK cheque. Alternatively you can transfer funds to our UK bank account. A security deposit of $200/£115 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable after your stay pending an inspection from our management company. We can also provide a welcome pack with basic groceries for an additional $40/£25.
