| The Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas,
Cable TV providing hundreds of channels as well as a DVD & CD player. It
also has a PC with High Speed Internet Access, WIFI and printer. Several
family/kids DVD's, CD's, books and board games are provided for guest use.

| The garage has been converted into a
games room with an 8 foot pool table and foosball. A conversion top allows the pool table to be
quickly converted into a Table Tennis table.

Why pay more for a larger villa when the extra bedrooms
are not
needed or settle for an inferior location. This luxurious villa can
comfortably accommodate 6 people and the location couldn't be more perfect
as it is just off Highway 192 behind the 24hr Wal-Mart and medieval times
which is just minutes away from a large choice of restaurants, shopping
malls and many, many golf courses. It is under 8 miles away from the Disney
resorts as well as being close to all the other main attractions such as
Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
