Q) How many people can stay in the villa?

A) The villa has 2 double beds, 2 single beds, a pullout sofa bed and a cot therefore in theory 8 people plus an infant can stay however to ensure the comfort of all guests we only recommend this number if at least 2 of the party are children.

Q) How will I find the villa and gain access?

A) Two weeks before your arrival date we will e-mail you with full directions to the villa.  The key to the villa is held in a lockbox and we will provide you with the access codes so upon arrival you just go straight to the villa, there is no need to visit our management company.

Q) Do I need to bring my own towels?

A) Both bathroom towels and pool towels are provided along with a large selection of bed linen. The beds will be made upon your arrival but if you wish to change the sheets during your stay then the washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your use.

Q) Do I have to pay extra to use the BBQ?

A) We provide both Gas and Charcoal BBQ's free of charge however you may need to buy extra charcoal or fill up the gas tank, both of which will be your responsibility.

Q) How close is the villa to Disney and the other parks?

A) The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area.

Q) How far away is the airport?

A) Orlando International airport is approx 18 miles away and will take about 30 minutes, Sanford Airport is 50 miles away and takes about 55 minutes.  The journey to the villa is mainly on Highways which makes it easy for first time drivers abroad to get used to the roads. Whilst Sanford is further away it is a much smaller airport and therefore quicker to get through immigration and collect your hire car, in fact we prefer to arrive at this airport.

Q) My flight arrives late so can some groceries be provided for our arrival?

A) Yes for an additional cost of $40/£25 we can supply a welcome pack containing the following items - bread, butter, eggs x 6, choice of cheddar cheese or bacon, milk, juice, water, coffee, tea bags, sugar, choice of chocolate or biscuits.

Q) Where can I go shopping?

A) The villa is situated directly behind the 24hr Walmart which sells practically everything including food, drinks, clothes, electrical goods, sporting goods, household items, games, souvenirs, Disney merchandise, there's even a McDonalds in there in case you get hungry while shopping.

Along the 192 there are many shops including golf shops, souvenir shops and sport shops so it's well worth driving up and down to see what takes your fancy. For shopping centres we would recommend the Orlando Premium Outlets Mall, Florida Mall and if you're feeling a bit flush the Millenia Mall at the top of International Drive.

Q) Are there any good restaurants near by?

A) There are many, many restaurants on the 192 and the Lake Buena Vista area unfortunately we've not managed to try them all however the rule does seem to be that most food is good and the portions are huge so bear this in mind before ordering a starter. Our favourites are Tony Roma's for Chicken & Ribs, The Olive Garden for Italian and the Bahama Breeze for Caribbean.

Q) Can I smoke in the villa?

A) No we're afraid that smoking is not allowed within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors, however it is permitted outside in the covered lanai area so at least you'll not get wet if it's raining.

Q) Can I bring my pet with me?

A) No we do not allow any pets no matter how well behaved.

Q) How often is the pool cleaned and do we need pool heating?

A) The pool is maintained on a weekly basis. We recommend pool heating for the months October through to April. When paying for pool heat you must ensure that the pool is covered overnight with the plastic cover provided.

Q) Does the property have a pool area alarm?

A) Yes there are alarms connected to both the bathroom door and the patio doors.

Q) Is the pool area overlooked?

A) Unlike some villas that back onto neighbouring properties our villa has unrestricted views over a lake and hedging exists on both sides of the pool area to provide additional privacy.

Q) Who do I contact if I have any questions/problems during my stay?

A) Our management company is available 24hrs a day, we will provide you with a contact number prior to your stay and their details can also be found in the villa.

Q) How can I book the villa?

A) contact us us via email or phone us as per our contact page.
